The FAQs in the book also astutely address the concerns running through your mind from one month to the next. All in all, it will save both you and your GP a lot of time and stress during the nine months of pregnancy, especially if it’s with your first child. It was my Bible and I definitely recommend every pregnant woman to have a read and allay some of those worries. After all, stress is no good for mummy or baby.
